As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions. By placing an order with Better Glue, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Better Glue's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.




Our products are of the highest quality available. Sometimes a product may turn out to be defective or not to your liking. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For all products purchased from Better Glue, you may return your items within seven days of purchase for a full refund. We are not responsible for covering your shipping costs. Please contact a Better Glue customer service representative to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. You must have an RMA # in order to receive a refund for the product.


Please note the following:


Products can only be returned within seven days of purchase and must be returned with an authorized RMA #.

If your product is defective, Better Glue will replace the exact item for you.

In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Better Glue will refund the purchaser of the gift card.

All products will be inspected for damage if they are returned with a claim of defectiveness. If we find that the product was not defective, the product will not be refunded and we'll return the item to you with a full explanation.

Until three weeks prior to the class, you will receive a 100% refund.

Three weeks before scheduled class, you may receive 75% refund.

Two weeks before the class you may be refunded 50% of the cost of the class.

No refunds will be given one week or less before the class. No exceptions




Once we receive your online or phone order, we'll provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Better Glue, Inc.'s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Better Glue reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Better Glue cancels an order after you have already been billed, Better Glue will refund the billed amount.




Better Glue will do its very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Better Glue's control once it leaves our facilities, Better Glue cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.




Better Glue's online store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Better Glue online store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.




There may be occasions when Better Glue confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, Better Glue will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.




Better Glue gift cards are issued and managed by Better Glue, and can be applied only to purchases from the Better Glue online store. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the United States and Canada. Neither the issuer nor Better Glue is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission.
